Welcome to YM Travels LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and travel booking services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

YM Travels LLC acts as an intermediary between you and various travel service providers, including airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and tour operators. We facilitate bookings on your behalf but are not the direct provider of these travel services.

2. Booking and Payment

• Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all booking information (names, dates, destinations) is accurate. Errors may result in additional fees or inability to travel.
• Payment: Full payment or deposit (as specified) is required to confirm your booking. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to availability and may change until booking is confirmed. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and issuance of a confirmation document.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• All sales are final. Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations and changes are not permitted, even within 24 hours of booking.
• This policy applies to all bookings including flights, hotels, packages, and other travel services.
• In rare cases where suppliers allow changes, any applicable fees will be passed on to you in full.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

4. Changes to Bookings

Changes to confirmed bookings are generally not permitted. All bookings are final upon confirmation and payment. We recommend reviewing all details carefully before completing your booking.

5. Travel Documents

• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.
• Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates, as required by many destinations.
• We are not liable for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is not included in our services unless explicitly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

YM Travels LLC acts solely as an agent for travel suppliers. We are not liable for:

• Acts, omissions, or defaults of any travel supplier
• Delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines, hotels, or other providers
• Loss, damage, or injury during travel
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, or civil unrest

Our liability, if any, is limited to the service fees paid to YM Travels LLC.

8. Communication

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us regarding your bookings, travel updates, and promotional offers. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

9. WhatsApp Communications

When you contact us or opt-in via WhatsApp:

• You consent to receive booking confirmations, updates, and customer service communications through WhatsApp.
• Standard messaging rates may apply based on your mobile carrier.
• You may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us directly.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of YM Travels LLC and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
